I Don't think the font is right and the border is wrong but it gets the job done.

And yes this is a reference to Forbidden Planet as well as the Twilight Zone.

With The help of a few members on the RPF http://www.therpf.com/showthread.php?t=68244&page=22 We Identified the font to of C57D to be called Bionic Kid as well as the Chinese text to be, 丘丈丙中乃串为之么鸟乍久 using this I was able to create this graphic.
